Please keep in mind when scheduling a color service, that your appointment may be at least 2 - 4 hours long, depending on your needs. With that in mind, please schedule your day accordingly so that I can make sure we have enough time to achieve your end result.
Appointment notifications are sent to your email and text via my online booking assistant. Should you need to reschedule your appointment and you are inside the 48 hour rescheduling window, please email me at krissy@itskrissy.com to make adjustments to your appointment.
Please arrive 5-10 minutes before your scheduled appointment time. We will start with a consultation, making sure we are a good fit and confident that we both understand your hair goals and budgeting needs before starting. Plan on your first appointment taking slightly longer than your regular maintenance appointments.
We will also discuss maintenance timelines, educational styling tips and home hair care products that may benefit your hair depending on your needs.
We will spend the last few minutes of your appointment capturing amazing photos of you and your beautiful hair. Don't worry, I will instruct you on the how-to's on how to be an instant model so you'll shine for the world to see. Upon your request, I will gladly send you photos.
You are free to use them as you please, even on social media. Please feel free to tag me!
To maximize the longevity of your hair color, I have a few tips to help maintain your color:
I strive to offer my guests the highest level of satisfaction. I do not offer refunds, but will offer the opportunity to make sure you're happy with your results. If you are having any challenges with your cut or color, please let me know within 5 days of your visit and I will get you back into the salon for an adjustment ASAP.
At the beginning of your appointment, we will talk about your current hair and your hair goals. Some goals take multiple sessions, and I will not push your hair past what it can handle. Redo's are not for color corrections or unrealistic expectations for your hair and hair health.
If multiple sessions are needed for a look, there will possibly be warm tones at the stages in between.
