One of things I appreciate most is when a guest reaches out to let me know if something is not right. I take my craft very seriously and I value your business.  Please do not hesitate to contact me about any challenges you are having following your appointment.  Please email me at krissy@itskrissy.com with any questions or concerns about your hair within 10 days of your appointment so we can make any necessary adjustments.   

Keep in mind that depending on your hair goals and hair health, multiple sessions may be required for any blonding/color services.  Redo's are not for color corrections or unrealistic expectations.  If multiple sessions are needed for a look, there will possibly be warm tones at the stages in between. 

Please be mindful and give as much notice as possible. With current COVID concerns, please err on the side of caution and do NOT come in if you have a fever, cough or any other symptoms of illness. In the event of several last-minute cancellations, a credit card deposit will be required for future appointments.
